How do I return an item?

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. IMPORTANT: If your item will not make it to us within the 14 day policy, please DO NOT return your item to us. We will still be unable to refund you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the clear cellophane bag. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns such as swimwear or lingerie.

To return your item, please send the parcel with recorded delivery. This covers yourself if there is any loss during postage does occur. Please keep your postage receipt safe until you have received email confirmation of your refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that all Shipping costs are non-refundable (including your original shipping costs) and can only be refunded if your item was incorrect or faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, as long as your item is in it's original condition, with tags and its original packaging, there is no reason why you will not be granted a refund. You will then receive an email notifying you that your refund has began to be processed. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1-10 days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

I have received a faulty item / the wrong size / the wrong product...

We are extremely sorry for this. Email us at and let us know the problem with your order. We then get a new/correct item shipped out to you asap and pay for the return of your faulty/wrong item. Items should be returned to:
